Let’s cook something easy on a cold day. Our choice is artichoke-jalapeño dip. We will need half a cup of the following:

Cream cheese

Sour creme

Mayonnaise

Grated Parmesan

Grated mozzarella or any other cheese of your choice (we used smoked Gouda)

and one jalapeño pepper, one can of artichoke hearts in water, a few cloves of garlic to taste, and chipotle pepper flakes (optional but totally yummy, especially if you like smoke flavor).

We doubled the recipe for a bigger batch:

Now, in a bowl cream together these:

Mix in grated cheeses, jalapeños, roughly chopped artichokes and chipotle flakes:

Spoon into baking dishes. Sprinkle with cheese. We are going to freeze extras for future – it works great!

Bake at 350 F for about 20 minutes and enjoy!
